จากสถานการณ์อุทกภัยที่ยังคงส่งผลกระทบอย่างรุนแรงต่อบริษัทผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วน Toyota Motor Thailand Co.ltd จึงมีความจำเป็นต้องหยุดการผลิตของโรงงานทั้ง 3 แห่งต่อเนื่อง ระหว่างวันที่ 17 – 22 ตุลาคม 2554
นอกจากนี้ เพื่อเป็นการบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนให้กับลูกค้า ศูนย์บริการ Toyota ทุกแห่ง พร้อมให้ความช่วยเหลือรถยนต์ Toyota ที่ได้รับผลกระทบ ด้วยส่วนลดค่าอะไหล่ 30% และได้ส่งเจ้าหน้าที่เทคนิคเข้าไปยังพื้นที่ที่ประสบปัญหา เพื่อให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำเบื้องต้นกับลูกค้าผู้ประสบภัย โดยสามารถสอบถามข้อมูลความช่วยเหลือผ่านทางโทรศัพท์หมายเลข 02-386-2000 อย่างไรก็ตาม ขณะนี้บริษัท Toyota Motor Thailand Co.ltd ได้ติดตามข่าวสารเพื่อประเมินสถานการณ์ หากมีความคืบหน้าเพิ่มเติม บริษัทฯ จะแจ้งให้ทราบต่อไป
Flooding situation has continuously affected some Toyota automotive components suppliers. Toyota Motor Thailand Co., Ltd. (TMT) decided to extend the temporarily halt of the assembly operations at its three facilities from 17 October through to 22 October, 2011.
To help alleviate flood-affected customers, all Toyota showrooms provide assistance services by offering 30% discounts in auto spare parts. Well-trained technicians with experience have also been established to aid in affected areas by giving counsel to customers. Call centre service has now been made available on 02-386-2000.
