- • After hours our phone is covered by an automated answering service. You may leave a message, and our Call Center officer will get back to you within 24 hrs.
- • We will answer any queries complaints within 24 hours.
- The producer whose program has been complained will be notified by letter or email. In case of
- critical issues, we will shortly give a written notice to the involved working team, or within 15 days
- of the complaint date, to ensure a prompt resolving.
