• After hours our phone is covered by an automated answering service. You may leave a message, and our Call Center officer will get back to you within 24 hrs.
• We will answer any queries complaints within 24 hours.

The producer whose program has been complained will be notified by letter or email. In case of
critical issues, we will shortly give a written notice to the involved working team, or within 15 days
of the complaint date, to ensure a prompt resolving.
